About the Role :


The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

2. Screening & Selection

  • Conduct initial resume screening and pre-interview assessments.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage feedback and communication with candidates in a timely manner.

3. Employer Branding

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking functions.
  • Create engaging content for social media and career pages to attract top talent.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and background checks.
  • Partner with HR and department heads to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Analyze data to continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR laws and employment regulations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in [specific industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance, etc.].
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS).
  • Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
