About the Role: As a GTM Intern in the Founder’s Office, you will play a key supporting role in shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team on high-impact projects across market research, customer insights, growth campaigns, and cross-functional coordination. You'll be exposed to the inner workings of an early-stage business, learning how products are positioned, launched, and scaled. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, fast-paced environments, and getting things done. Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Founder's Office to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business operations, and special projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in scaling a high-growth business while working directly with the founders. Strategic Execution : Assist in driving high-impact projects across business functions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals. Market Research & Analysis : Conduct research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. Operational Excellence : Optimize internal processes, improve workflows, and drive efficiency in business operations. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with different teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc) to execute initiatives and track key performance metrics. Problem Solving : Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement improvements in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or any related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively across teams. Prior internship or project experience in marketing, strategy, or startups is a plus (but not mandatory). Show more Show less
