Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jharsuguda for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding and developing effective recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the industrial services sector is a plus
