End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for niche technical, creative, and leadership roles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with Department Heads to understand technical requirements and ensure the quality of hires.
Assessment Coordination: Manage the execution of technical art tests, panel interviews, and final negotiations.
Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards to report on Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Source effectiveness.
Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding, induction, background verification, and exit formalities (offboarding).
Data Management: Maintain accurate master data, attendance dashboards, leave records, and HR trackers.
Policy Implementation: Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and ensure they are communicated effectively across the organization.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.
Documentation: Manage documentation for labor law audits and statutory renewals.
Payroll Support: Assist the finance team with accurate payroll inputs regarding attendance and statutory deductions.
Support hiring drives, campus placements, and walk-in events.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of core HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment.
Industry Preference: Prior experience in the Gaming, CG, VFX, or IT sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with candidates and vendors.
Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on documentation accuracy and process compliance.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
