PLM & PDM Implementation: Implement and manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Product Data Management (PDM) systems to ensure seamless control over product documentation. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product design and development, specifically within the agricultural machinery or heavy machinery sectors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc.). PLM & PDM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Product Data Management tools for efficient product documentation. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with material selection, heat treatment processes, and GD&T principles. Leadership & Project Management: Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and coordinating with stakeholders.
