Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Noida. The role involves overseeing HR management and operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering strong employee relations. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and processes, handling employee lifecycle activities, resolving employee queries, and supporting various HR functions to ensure a positive work environment and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

– End-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, onboarding)

– HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, documentation)

– Employee engagement & grievance handling

– Policy implementation & compliance

– Performance management support

– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

– Strong knowledge of HR processes

– Ability to manage multiple tasks

– Proactive, positive attitude

– Experience: 3-5 years
