Senior HR Executive

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee complete HR lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, probation review, exits, and full-and-final settlement.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, HRMS updates, attendance, and leave monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory benefits, and audit requirements.

Employee Relations & Communication

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Build an open, respectful, and engaging environment through transparent communication.
• Manage employee feedback channels, grievance handling, and culture-building initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate experience.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and create hiring plans.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Performance Management & Development

• Lead annual and mid-year performance evaluation cycles.
• Assist in goal-setting frameworks, KPI alignment, and productivity evaluation.
• Support learning & development programs, skill mapping, and leadership grooming.

Culture, Engagement & HR Initiatives

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and corporate events.
• Design policies and initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee retention.
• Enhance employee morale, recognition, and workplace belonging.

HR Strategy & Reporting

• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, salary inputs, and analytics for leadership review.
• Identify HR process gaps and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Work closely with leadership on people strategy, succession planning, and organisational structure.

Required Skills & Competencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Preferred:

  MBA / PGDM in HR, Organisational Psychology, or similar specialisation
• Prior experience in a fast-growing or structured HR environment is an advantage
