Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Senior Executive HR will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage employee relations. The role involves developing strategic HR practices, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, and providing HR support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to effectively manage, plan, and execute HR strategies and functions.
• Expertise in Employee Relations and well-versed in HR Policies to ensure compliance and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and their practical application in an organizational setting.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational improvement.
