Senior Executive Human Resources

As an HR professional at our company, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies specific to the manufacturing industry - Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees - Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires - Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and union representatives - Managing employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions - Conducting investigations into employee misconduct and policy violations - Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment - Developing and implementing performance management systems - Conducting regular performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees - Identifying areas for improvement and developing training programs to address performance gaps - Overseeing salary structures, bonuses, and benefits packages - Ensuring that compensation practices are competitive and fair - Identifying training needs and developing and implementing training programs - Providing opportunities for employee development and career advancement - Ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively - Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations - Staying up-to-date on changes to labor laws and regulations - Managing HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are consistently applied In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be involved in: - Implementing and managing safety programs and procedures - Conducting regular safety audits and inspections Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Managing HRIS systems and ensuring accurate data management - Managing employee records and documentation - Coordinating employee engagement activities,
