Role Overview


HR Executive


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech)

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across functions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of quality profiles.
  • Ensure timely closures and a great candidate experience.


2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process—documentation, HRMS entries, orientation coordination.
  • Ensure new joiners have a smooth Day 1 experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders for IT, admin, and hiring teams for readiness.


3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update HRMS with accuracy.
  • Assist with letter generation, employee records, tracker updates, and HR MIS.
  • Support payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational and people-related tasks smoothly.


4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft clear and crisp communication—emails, updates, onboarding instructions, etc.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees with timely responses.
  • Work closely with hiring managers,and cross-functional teams.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and hiring for tech & non-tech roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, outcome-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Keka

    (preferred but not mandatory).
