Responsibilities

The HR Manager will partner closely with the leadership team, supporting both strategic and operational HR functions. This role requires strong ownership, agility, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional HR initiatives across the India region.

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations and ensure seamless administration across offices and plant locations.
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership for workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Management of Recruitment process, retention & succession planning activities in partnership with the leadership team
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and exits
  • Own compensation & benefits planning, manpower budgeting, payroll oversight, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive Performance Management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, calibrations, and development plans.
  • Handling day-to-day operations as well as administrative tasks.
  • Manage facilities, security, and vendor-related HR-admin functions.
  • Travel desk management
  • Lead policy creation and ensure implementation across corporate and plant operations, including safety and ISO documentation.
  • Coordinate ISO certification, documentation, and audit preparations (ESG Reporting, etc.)


Requirements

  • Strong HR generalist experience with 4–8 years of progressive HR responsibility.
  • Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, HR compliance, payroll structure, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience managing performance cycles, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and integrity.
