Senior Executive Human Resources

Role Overview: You will be joining R.S. Placement Consultant as a Senior Executive Human Resources based in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Your contributions will play a crucial role in supporting workforce planning and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, conduct disciplinary actions, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment. - Administer performance appraisal processes, manage performance-related issues, and provide support and coaching to employees and managers. - Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and workplace safety standards in the textile industry. - Utilize HR analytics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make recommendations to enhance HR strategies. - Stay informed about labor laws and collective bargaining agreements relevant to large workforces in textile factories. - Ensure alignment of HR policies with workplace safety regulations common in manufacturing environments. Qualification Required: - Proficient in HR Management and Operations, including workforce planning and performance management. - Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and experience in resolving workplace issues effectively. - Experience in policy formulation and implementation within HR frameworks. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. - Understanding of local laws and HR compliance standards. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Prior experience in a similar senior HR role.
