Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Executive Human Resources role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work model, allowing for some work from home flexibility. The Senior Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include managing employee onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role will collaborate closely with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core HR functions such as HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong capability in optimizing Employee Relations and ensuring adherence to HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is an advantage
