Role Overview: You are a Senior Executive Human Resources at Agatsa in Noida, responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. Your role involves overseeing and implementing HR strategies to create a positive work environment and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. - Build and maintain relationships with universities and institutes for campus hiring. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. - Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. - Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and improve retention. - Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback cycles. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute. - Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a corporate HR role. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS software, and MS Office. Familiarity with performance management tools and employment laws. - Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
