Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Theatre (OT) In-Charge - Technician/Nursing, located in Cooch Behar. The OT In-Charge will oversee the operating theatre, including maintaining equipment, preparing the OT for surgeries, assisting during surgical procedures, and ensuring compliance with sterilization protocols. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff, and adhering to all regulatory and safety guidelines. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's in Operation Theatre Technology or GNM/B.Sc. Nursing. * Minimum 5-10 years in OT; supervisory experience or as OT In-charge preferred. * Familiarity with NABH/JCI standards and OT protocols is desirable. Job Description: 1.
