As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at JSE Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Trichy near Central Bus Stand, Cantonment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. Your role will involve enforcing company policies and practices, managing the recruitment and selection process, and developing and implementing HR strategies.
