Role Description

The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, streamlining HR initiatives, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals and values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Theni, Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, including recruitment and workforce management.
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace dynamics effectively.
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies in alignment with company goals.
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with employees and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar HR role or in the financial services industry is advantageous.
