Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Trainer with up to 5 years of experience in training or teaching. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good subject knowledge, and solid computer proficiency. The Trainer will support the Training Manager by delivering effective learning sessions and contributing to the continuous development of employees/students.

Key Responsibilities

. Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions as per the training schedule.

Assist the Training Manager in planning, preparing, and updating training materials.

Assess learner performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.

Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

Provide support for onboarding and induction training where required.

Ensure training content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with organizational standards.

Coordinate with departments to understand training needs and improvements.

Perform basic administrative duties related to training activities.

Requirements

Experience: 05 years in training, teaching, tutoring, or related roles.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Education/Training-related fields preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills

Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, basic documentation)

Ability to engage learners and handle classroom dynamics

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Location Preference: Candidates based in Idukki or nearby areas.

Willingness to work full-time from Nedumkandam.
