Develop training content for immigration processes, sales scripts, and client handling. Improve team skills in communication, objection handling, and product knowledge. Organize refresher trainings to maintain consistent performance standards. Identify skill gaps through call audits & performance reports and create improvement plans. Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records. Coach team members on professionalism, CRM usage, and process compliance. Collaborate with management to design training modules and SOPs. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Trainer in Immigration / Sales / BPO preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Good understanding of immigration programs and sales processes. Ability to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
