Job Opening: Multi Skill Technician Food

Company: J R S Technology Private Limited

Project: JSDM (Jharkhand Skill Development Mission)

Location: Pakur District, Jharkhand

Position: Multi Skill Technician – Food

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and cooking of food items as per training guidelines and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and working area.
• Support inventory management of raw materials and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and usage of all food ingredients.
• Assist senior trainers/chefs during practical training sessions.
• Maintain records of food production, practical classes, and consumables.
• Follow FSSAI and food safety norms strictly.
• Support center operations related to food production training.

Required Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

(Preference to candidates with specialization in Food Production / Culinary Arts)

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of food production & kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle training-related tasks.

Experience:

• Freshers with Hotel Management qualification are eligible.
• Experience in food production/kitchen operations will be preferred.
