About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline our order processing, warehouse activities, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OMS, WMS, and e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily order dispatches across D2C, B2B, and marketplace channels.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouse and platforms.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Operate and manage Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Handle listing, order flow, and returns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and ensure TAT adherence.

Prepare daily MIS reports related to dispatches, inventory, and warehouse movement.

Implement process improvements to reduce shrinkage and increase efficiency.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or FMCG operations

Hands-on experience with OMS and WMS tools

Prior experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is mandatory

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking

Knowledge of basic logistics and inventory processes

Good communication and coordination skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred
