About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Rigging Artist to join our animation team. As a Rigging Artist, you will be responsible for creating sophisticated rigs for characters and objects, enabling seamless movement and animation. If you have a passion for bringing characters to life through meticulous rigging, possess a strong understanding of anatomy and movement dynamics, and are eager to contribute to exciting animation projects, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Collaborating with the animation and art teams to understand project requirements. Designing and creating skeletal rigs for characters, creatures, and objects. Ensuring rigs are optimized for realistic and efficient movement. Testing and refining rigs to achieve the desired animation results. Collaborating with animators to implement rigs and troubleshoot any issues. Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in character rigging. Providing creative input on enhancing the visual appeal of character movements. Documenting rigging processes and standards for team reference. Responsibilities You have a Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You possess proven experience as a Rigging Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse rigging projects.
