Production Coordinator

You will be working with all levels of Production Management and crew to achieve creative and production goals within the specified time and budget. Reporting to the Art Director & Management Heads, your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining production data in the studios production database to reflect scheduled, in-progress, and completed departmental work. - Ensuring proper preparation for all meetings and reviews. - Displaying leadership qualities and fostering a positive team environment. - Forward planning to identify potential opportunities for new work and allocation of crew while working closely with HR and Heads of Department. - Analyzing data and generating relevant reports to inform business decisions and provide visibility of the Schedule. - Motivating crew members effectively, identifying and resolving personnel issues, and maintaining a central production schedule/tracking documents. - Facilitating communication between departments and team leads. - Resolving conflicts, promoting collaboration, and fostering cooperation and communication. - Attending creative review and approval sessions, providing leadership when necessary. - Providing production solutions for creative changes. - Being available during critical production times. Minimum requirements for this role include: - At least 1 year of professional production experience. - Understanding of 3D animation processes.
