Job Description: Production Coordinator Position Summary: The Production Coordinator will support daily production activities by preparing quotations, releasing job cards, maintaining inventory through the ERP system, and managing samples and documentation. The role may also require occasional coordination with clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare production-related quotations as required. Create and release job cards to initiate production processes. Maintain and update inventory records accurately using the ERP system. Manage physical product samples and ensure they are organized and accessible. Keep all office documents, production files, and records updated and properly maintained Coordinate with clients when necessary regarding production requirements or clarifications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely execution. Assist in general administrative and production-related tasks. Qualifications & Skills: Basic knowledge of production processes or workflow. Experience with ERP software is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good communication skills for internal and client coordination. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management.
