Production Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at Sunovatech, you will play a crucial role in merging creative and production goals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Reporting to the Art Director & Management Heads, you will work closely with all levels of Production Management and crew to maintain a positive team environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain production data in the studio's production database to reflect scheduled, in-progress, and completed departmental work. - Ensure proper preparation for all meetings and reviews. - Identify potential opportunities for new work and allocate crew resources in coordination with HR and Heads of Department. - Analyze data and generate relevant reports to inform business decisions and provide visibility of the Schedule. - Motivate crew members, resolve personnel issues, and maintain a central production schedule/tracking documents. - Facilitate communication between departments and team leads, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative production environment. - Attend creative review and approval sessions, provide leadership as needed, and suggest production solutions for creative changes. - Be available during critical production times. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 1 year of professional production experience. - Understanding of 3D animation processes.
