Role Overview: As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production process. Your main focus will be on ensuring that production schedules are maintained, materials are readily available, and quality standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule production to meet deadlines. - Ensure materials are available and manage inventory effectively. - Monitor quality to meet specified standards. - Report production progress and any issues to the management team. - Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations. - Collaborate with the maintenance department to keep equipment running efficiently. - Adhere to safety regulations in the production area. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in production or manufacturing, with a specific emphasis on textiles. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in production software and quality control processes.
