Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Generate E-invoices & Billing
• Should be able to raise work order based on requirements
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets
• Perform regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any production issues
• Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in the production area
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to optimize production processes
• Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

• Previous experience in a production role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3 Plus Experience in Production
