Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis and trend analysis.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including gathering data, performing analyses, and preparing reports.Collaborate with team members to develop financial models and projections.Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance andaccounting.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 1+ years of experience.Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Understanding of GST, Income tax, Companies Act and other business lawsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:Scaling Strategy: Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies designed specifically to scale a D2C brand profitably.Campaign Launch & Optimization: Plan, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns for performance, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives, ensuring messaging aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.Advanced Targeting: Leverage Metas advanced targeting tools and first-party data to refine audience segmentation and improve ad relevance.Budget Scaling: Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining or improving key performance metrics like ROAS and CPA.Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.A/B Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audiences to maximize results.Industry Insights: Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends in D2C marketing.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all the stakeholders & teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing efforts.
