Responsibilities & Deliverables: Illustrate Pokhi: Create dynamic and expressive illustrations of Pokhi, our brand character. Vibrant, Desi-Style Characters: Design illustrations with a distinct, lively, and culturally relevant desi aesthetic. Mini-Scenes & Visual Stories: Develop small, narrative illustrations that convey specific themes or actions. Skincare Brand Focus: Create visuals specifically tailored for a skincare product line. Animated Skincare Explainers: Create clear, fun, and informative animated videos to explain skincare concepts. Short-Form Video Content: Produce various short-form videos that capture attention. Brand Storytelling: Ensure all animations effectively communicate Pokonut's brand message. Sass Integration: Infuse a > Visual Transformation: Convert static visuals into compelling motion graphics.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team and serve as the voice of Pokonut, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales, queries, and support. Handle inbound customer calls, resolving queries regarding orders, products, and policies. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details. Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates. Provide detailed information about products, offers, and ongoing campaigns. Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. Maintain call logs and report daily performance metrics. Assist in WhatsApp marketing and order confirmation calls. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus). Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment and meet targets. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry is an added advantage. A customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
