Role Overview:

As the Sr./Executive HR, you will play a pivotal role in managing payroll coordination, maintaining HRMS data, and addressing employee queries. You will also provide critical support to the Lead - Candidate Experience and Lead - Employee Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. Your efforts will ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

. Payroll Coordination:

o Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, by providing correct information on employee attendance, leave, lunch deductions, new employee additions, separations, etc. on a timely manner every month.

o Collaborate with the Finance team and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies.

o Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.


2. HRMS Management:

o Update and maintain HRMS data, including new employee onboarding, employee details, separation processes, etc. on a real time basis.

o Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HRMS system.

o Generate reports as needed for the HR and leadership review.


3. Employee Relations:

o Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

o Foster a supportive environment by addressing employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.

o Promote open communication and adherence to company policies.


4. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

o Assist the Lead - Candidate Experience with scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate communication.

o Support onboarding activities, including documentation, and orientation for new hires.


5. Employee Engagement Support:

o Assist the Lead - Employee Experience in organizing engagement activities, team-building events, and company-wide initiatives.

o Help coordinate logistics for workshops, town halls, and recognition programs.


6. Compliance & Documentation

o Ensure all HR processes adhere to labor laws and company policies.

o Maintain up-to-date employee records and audit-ready documentation on a real time basis.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Full Time Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, including Payroll & HR Operations

HR Technology: Proficiency in HRMS software and payroll systems.
