Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Media Sales / Advertising / Agency environment . Proven experience in handling a team and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities.
