As an HR Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling full and final settlements (FnF) and statutory submissions. - Creating and managing all employment-related documents and letters. - Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. - Facilitating the Appraisal Exercises for goal-setting, mid-year review, and end-year performance appraisal. - Collecting and consolidating the year-end staff performance appraisals and compiling data. - Generating and presenting monthly HR reports. - Managing the Facto HRM software to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality. - Organizing, maintaining, and filing personnel records of employees in P-files. - Ensuring legal compliance related to human resource management. - Monitoring and maintaining employee leave and attendance records. - Providing day-to-day support in HR and administrative functions. - Assisting with ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. - Assisting in organizing/planning corporate events and activities. - Overseeing all office administrative matters. - Managing relationships with third-party vendors (Recruitment agencies, ID/Access card vendor, business card vendors, Mediclaim agencies, housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry services, suppliers, etc.). Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience in employee relations and HR policies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This on-site position in Mumbai requires a full-time commitment and offers a broad spectrum of responsibilities.
