Basic Functions: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the company relationships with life science clients in the biotechnology sector. Your primary goal will be to sustain and grow our revenues through strategic management and sales initiatives. Roles & Responsiblities: We are looking for an experienced Sales Individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, managing and developing our sales of our life science products and chemicals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the biotechnology and pharma market. You should be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service. Client Management: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with life science customer in allocated territory. • Act as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for client deliverables are met. • Manage and solve conflicts with clients, ensuring that all issues are addressed effectively, and that client satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. Sales Strategy: • Develop a thorough understanding of the life science market, trends, and address their issues effectively. • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the biotech industry. • Collaborate with distributors to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Account Planning: • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives. • Evaluate and report on the progress of account plans and sales strategy effectiveness. Market Analysis: • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. • Negotiation and Closure: • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Requirement • Bachelor’s or master degree in science or related field • Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the life science or biotechnology industry (Fine Chemicals) • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Job Location - Gujrat & Madhya Pradesh

Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence in the biotechnology sector. Collaborate with distributors to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities. Account Planning Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement account plans that align with business objectives. Track, evaluate, and report progress on account plans and the effectiveness of sales strategies. Market Analysis & Forecasting Monitor market performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements.
