Responsibilities

• Monthly Attendance, Leave data & Payroll Management.
• Monthly Salary Comparison Chart Preparation
• Gratuity, Bonus & EL Calculation & processing
• Employee database maintain on HRM Software and excel
• New Joinee formalities & asset handover management
• Weekly/ monthly employees detail to share for Updating in Email ID’s and CRM Portal.
• Full & Final Preparation & processing.
• Prepare addition, deletion details of employees for Medical policy
• Verify and Prepare Expense report of Sales employees
• Any other responsibilities accorded by the Management

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree, (preferred MBA also)
• 3- 6 years of HR Operations & Payroll Experience
• Preferred Immediate Joiner's
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Pay range and compensation package

4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA
