Web3 & Blockchain


Web Development, UI/UX, and App Development:

  • Website design & development (WordPress, Webflow, headless)
  • eCommerce (WooCommerce, Shopify)
  • UI/UX for websites, products, and landing pages
  • Mobile and web app development (end-to-end delivery)


AI-Based Business Process Automation (AI‑BPA)


Marketing Automation & Communications:


Infrastructure & Optimization:


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify pipeline via LinkedIn, outbound/email, events/webinars, referrals, and partnerships
  • Lead discovery to map client needs; collaborate with solution architects for tailored proposals
  • Run scoping workshops; craft proposals/SOWs, timelines, and commercials; deliver demos and ROI narratives
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: stakeholders, objections, procurement, closure; ensure smooth delivery handoff
  • Build ecosystem partnerships (blockchain, cloud, RPA/automation)
  • Drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and account expansion
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho), forecast accurately, and report on pipeline and revenue metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and ICPs; represent the company at events


Requirements

  • Proven technology/services sales experience managing multiple accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills with technical teaming for solutioning and proposals
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Zoho) for pipeline, tasks, and forecasting
  • Ability to articulate value across Web3, AI‑BPA, and web/app/UI‑UX offerings
  • Excellent communication and presentation to C‑level and technical stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach with command of sales metrics (MQL→SQL, win rate, cycle time, ACV)


Nice to Have

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace; basic GA4 familiarity
  • Experience with RFPs/RFIs and NDAs/MSAs/SOWs
  • Exposure to blockchain ecosystems


Compensation & Incentives

  • Base: ₹6L–8L per annum
  • Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives/commissions on new bookings, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell
