Sales and Business Development Executive

As a Business Sales Executive at Shrimana Tech Services LLP, you will be responsible for expanding and managing the global client base. Your role involves generating qualified leads, building strong relationships with international clients, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of sales experience in international markets, proven success in lead generation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and expertise in cold calling and CRM. You must be comfortable working onsite during UK and USA shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate qualified leads through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting - Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (UK, US, Canada) - Maintain regular communication with existing clients to support long-term partnerships - Manage and convert leads through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing - Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning - Track and analyze performance metrics to meet or exceed targets **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree - 3+ years of experience in sales, especially in international markets - Proven success in lead generation and end-to-end sales processes - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - CRM experience is a plus - Strong cold calling and lead generation expertise - Must be comfortable working onsite during UK and USA shifts - Immediate joiners preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Shrimana Tech Services LLP offers a full-time onsite role at the Gandhinagar office with a competitive salary including performance-based incentives.
