Job Description

Identify, qualify, and convert leads into potential buyers.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and close sales deals.
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Handle client queries effectively and provide professional advice regarding properties and investment options.
Explore new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, channel partners, and brokers.
Develop and maintain a network of channel partners to increase sales reach.
Participate in property expos, marketing campaigns, and promotional events to generate leads.
Identify potential markets and customer segments for upcoming projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Provide after-sales support and ensure timely documentation and possession processes.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and business development activities.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
