Job Description

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into potential buyers.
  • Conduct site visits, explain project details, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Handle client queries effectively and provide professional advice regarding properties and investment options.
  • Explore new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Develop and maintain a network of channel partners to increase sales reach.
  • Participate in property expos, marketing campaigns, and promotional events to generate leads.
  • Identify potential markets and customer segments for upcoming projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure timely documentation and possession processes.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and business development activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
