The Content & Communication Specialist will be responsible for creating impactful and high-quality content across marketing, business, and legal communication. The role requires versatility in adapting tone and style for different audiences while aligning with the company’s brand vision and communication strategy. Location: Vadodara (On-site) Joining Preference: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales Content : Write and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, proposals, pitch decks, and conference collateral. Business & Legal Communication : Draft and proofread contracts, agreements, policies, business letters, and notices (in coordination with the legal team). Content Strategy & SEO : Develop blogs, articles, and website content aligned with SEO practices; research keywords and track performance. Brand & Creative Writing : Create consistent messaging for banners, ads, and campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications: Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, and professional communication. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and brand messaging. Excellent English writing skills with adaptability across marketing, sales, legal, and formal content. Attention to detail, research-driven approach, and ability to meet deadlines.
