Sales / Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competition.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout sales and project execution.

Business Development

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events or trade shows.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted client acquisition campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to secure new business.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and training.

Financial Management

  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for management review.

Industry Knowledge & Innovation

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
  • Provide clients with innovative solutions tailored to their event or travel requirements.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred for experienced candidates).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret market data and sales metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
