Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Additional duties include supporting HR management processes, handling employee relations, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the event management or production industry is a plus
