Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role located in Indore. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing HR operations, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and labor laws. The individual will also play a key role in facilitating employee engagement, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting day-to-day HR management tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources and HR Management
• Solid understanding of HR Policies and the ability to oversee Employee Benefits
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
