Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and execute sales strategies. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.


Key Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical /Business Administration/HVAC Diploma
  2. Good communication & presentable personality
  3. Experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Consumer Durable Product Sales
  4. Knowledge of Ducting Drawings on AutoCAD (Optional)
  5. Ability to generate leads & visit sites
  6. Understand technical requirements of clients.
  7. ⁠Prepare ducting drawings, quotations, and handle complete sales cycle.
  8. Coordinate till installation & commissioning.


Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Generating New Business through B2B Clients.

2.⁠ ⁠Visit client sites, understand technical requirements, and propose solutions.

3.⁠ ⁠Prepare HVAC ducting drawings and technical layouts on AutoCAD.

4.⁠ ⁠Create and submit quotations, follow up, and close orders.

5.⁠ ⁠Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation → requirement understanding → drawing → quotation → order finalization → installation & commissioning coordination.

6.⁠ ⁠Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.

7.⁠ ⁠Achieve sales targets with proactive market follow-up.
