Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist at Envertiz Consultancy, you will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, recruitment efforts, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive and compliant workplace. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. - Update and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and exit formalities. - Support employee training and development programs. - Address employee queries and provide timely HR-related assistance. - Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal standards. - Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs. - Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, reports, and communications. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources department. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. - Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance. - HR certification is a plus.
