Job Title: Recruiter – Non-IT (Event Management Industry)

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and committed Recruiter (Non-IT) with a strong track record in end-to-end hiring across diverse verticals. This role is pivotal to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion across functions, with a primary focus on non-IT recruitment for the event management industry — from junior-level to senior leadership roles.


The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for dynamic, high-pressure industries, be able to work independently, manage a wide range of roles, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment across departments including event operations, creative, design, production, client servicing, travel, strategy, and business development roles.


Handle the full cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, negotiation to onboarding.


Build a pipeline of talent across levels — from freshers to senior management hires.


Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies when required.


Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, drive hiring metrics and reporting.


Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, while maintaining quality of hire and speed of execution.


Collaborate closely with department heads and leadership to understand evolving manpower needs.


Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines.


Work under pressure and deliver consistently in a time-bound, deadline-driven environment.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


2–7 years of non-IT recruitment experience, preferably in event management, media, advertising, or creative industries.


Strong understanding of event industry roles and creative job functions.


Proven ability to recruit across different seniority levels.


Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet high-pressure deadlines.


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


Working knowledge of HR tools, ATS, recruitment software, and Excel tracking.


Experience or exposure in HR operations (onboarding, documentation, compliance, etc.) will be an added advantage.
