As a Market Expansion Specialist at ABsource, your role involves identifying and targeting uncovered areas with the potential for ABsource products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product reach, as well as identifying potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets - Build and maintain relationships with customers & Distributers in the assigned area - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends - Analyze competition in the area and provide feedback to the management on market conditions and potential opportunities - Prepare and submit regular sales and market activity reports to the management - Gather customer feedback on products and services and relay this information to the marketing head and management - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly by taking technical support from the technical team Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Any Masters Degree/Bachelor degree in food technology, biotechnology, or a related field to dairy advantage - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the dairy industry - Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to use marketing tools, analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends (knowledge of Excel is compulsory) As part of our team, you are expected to be goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should possess a valid driver's license and access to personal transportation, along with knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior in uncovered areas. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is remote, and the expected start date is 30/06/2025.
