About the Role: You will be the face of our company, meeting local business owners (like schools, clinics, property dealers, etc.) in and around area in East and North East Delhi we cover. Your goal is to contact them and get them to advertise with us in our magazine. Key Responsibilities: Visit and meet local business owners in your assigned area. Convince them to place advertisements in our Magazine. Finalize deals, collect payments, and gather ad details. Coordinate with our design team for ad creation. Build and maintain strong relationships for future business. Who are we looking for? (Ideal Candidate) Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi. Not afraid of hearing "no" and persistent in follow-ups. Basic knowledge of using email and WhatsApp for work. Should have Scooty or Bike Qualifications & Experience: Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any field. Experience: 0 to 3 years in field sales, B2C sales, or any customer-facing role.
