Product Manager

Role Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Lorri and the broader LogisticsNow platform. You’ll partner with design, engineering, data, analytics, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to define product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver outcomes that improve adoption, retention, and ROI. You’ll balance customer needs with business goals, ensure product quality, and advocate for a unified user experience across web, mobile, and data-enabled features.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define the product vision and a data-informed roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Prioritize features and enhancements for Lorri and LogisticsNow, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and go-to-market timing.

✅ Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Lead a cross-functional team across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Analytics to deliver high-impact releases.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and time-to-value.

✅ Requirements & Spec Design:

• Gather customer and market insights; translate into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Create PRDs, flow diagrams, wireframes, and data-driven success metrics to guide development.

✅ Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Work with the Data Analytics team (Power BI, SQL) to measure product usage, adoption, and impact; define success metrics and dashboards.
• Use analytics to inform prioritization, A/B testing, and iteration cycles.

✅ Customer & Market Insight:

• Engage with key enterprise customers to understand pain points, validate solutions, and capture feedback for roadmap.
• Monitor competitive landscape and emerging tech in logistics, supply chain, and data visualization.

✅ Product Quality & Delivery:

• Define and track KPIs for product health, performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure timely and quality releases; collaborate with QA and Release Management.

✅ Platform & Architecture Awareness:

• Maintain an understanding of the technology stack (React, Flutter, Python) to make informed trade-offs and communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advocate for scalable design patterns, reusability, and accessible UI across Lorri and the LogisticsNow platform.

✅ Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Present product updates to executives and cross-functional partners; manage expectations and timelines.
• Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal playbooks.

✅ Mentorship & Leadership

• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a high-performance product organization.
• Drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and customer obsession.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 7–10 years in product management, preferably with enterprise SaaS or logistics tech experience.

✅ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation software is highly desirable.

✅ Technical Proficiency:

• Frontend/Platform: Familiarity with React (web) and Flutter (mobile); comfortable with Python for backend collaboration or automation discussions.
• Data & Analytics: Ability to partner with data teams; tolerate or leverage SQL and data-driven decision making.

✅ Customer & Market Mindset: Proven ability to translate customer needs into product outcomes; strong stakeholder management.

✅ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to senior leadership.

✅ Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data, sales, and CS teams.

✅ Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills; data-informed judgment; comfort with metrics and experiments.

✅ Leadership & Execution: Track record of delivering product roadmaps on time; ability to mentor and lead without authority.

Nice-to-Haves:

✅ Experience with data visualization tools beyond Power BI (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and data modeling.

✅ Familiarity with API-first product design and integration scenarios (ERP/WMS/TMS, EDI).

✅ Exposure to AI/ML-driven optimization or analytics in logistics.

✅ Experience in fundraising or investor-backed growth environments.

✅ Product management certifications (e.g., AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.

✅ Any relevant logistics or data analytics certifications are a bonus.
