BU/ DIVISION Exports JOB PURPOSE Lead the entire Product Development / Marketing gamut for Exports BU for both B2B and B2C segment. Responsible to drive Exports Business by Planning, developing & managing the product portfolio as well as enabling Promotion / Marketing of Consumer Electrical Goods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis of Competition on markets, products & pricing grid. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer / customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands. Building product portfolio and effectiveness of portfolio. Working with sales team to analyze current and future trends New Product Development - Understand Market requirements & accordingly plan, develop & manage product portfolio for Export Markets in close coordination with supporting functions including Product Marketing & R&D. Product Improvement -Packaging of the product and its look and feel and innovative ways to present it including the aesthetic designs. Coordinating with the creative/design team for this purpose. Proactively Collect, analyze and disseminate information to the sales team at or before the time of new product launch To keep abreast of discontinued and / or to be discontinued Products and disseminate information to Sales Team Working with MARCOM / ABD team to focus energy on specific markets and categories & come up with cost effective marketing plans. Interact with internal marketing team to formulate & create promotional tools for ATL & BTL Organize distributor meet/ dealer meet/ retailer meet, etc. Formulate different schemes for customers/ distributors/ dealers Work with the Advertising team to design Leaflets, calendars, danglers, standees, flexes hoardings, and do the timely dispatch of promotional materials. Work with Advertising team to develop carton artworks for both Unit as well as master cartons. Collating and advising of relevant International Exhibition. Coordination and arranging participation in International Exhibitions. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS MBA / PGD (International Business/Marketing) WORK EXPERIENCE 7- 10 years of experience in handling product & marketing role for Exports & or preferably Consumer Appliances Industry CERTIFICATIONS NA PREFERRED/ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT Good knowledge in MS Excel , Power Point, Good communication skills are desirable NO OF REPORTEES - INTERNAL / EXTERNAL INTERFACE SCM Logistics R&D Marketing Commercial Channel partners Agencies (QA and leads) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Think Beyond Put Customers First Collaborate to Win Develop Talent Be the Best Be Agile
