Job Description: Site measurement/coordination with customer & other vendors at site for minimizing clashes between all services being installed. Preparation of Layout/Routing against input received/collected from site. Preparation of electrical circuits for the equipment being supplied for completion of the projects. Manage multiple tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and budget, with a high degree of internal and external client satisfaction Detailed and accurate handover of technical requirements of the job to the project team.
Role & responsibilities : Managing multiple industrial sites for regular maintenance, brown field project expansion with primary focus on execution speed, quality and safety Coordination with internal stake holders and engineering consultants. Monitoring both CAPEX and OPEX expenditure, budget tracking & forecasting. Coordination with local authorities for approvals. Implementation of new methods and technology for suitability drive in real estate Preferred candidate profile : Min. five years of in hand experience for working on multiple industrial sites for construction and day to day maintenance. Should have sound knowledge of relevant codes and standards applicable to industrial sites. Should have at least one year experience in execution of a project/relocation. Presentation and communication skills are mandatory and need to coordinate with internal stake holders Autocad & MS project working knowledge will be desirable skills. Should be aware of all safety standards related to site execution.
Role & responsibilities : Recruitment & Onboarding Ensure timely hiring as per defined TAT. Manage seamless onboarding with complete and accurate documentation. 2. Employee Master Data Management Maintain and regularly validate employee records in the HRIS. 3. Payroll Coordination Collate, verify, and submit monthly payroll inputs (joiners, exits, variable components) 4. Attendance, Leave & Overtime Management Monitor and update attendance, leave, and OT data in a timely manner. 5. Statutory Compliance Generate and validate PF/ESI challans. Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory timelines. 6. Personnel File Management Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of physical and digital employee files. 7. Exit Process Management Conduct smooth offboarding, including clearances, documentation, and F&F inputs. 8 HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare and submit monthly HR MIS reports and dashboards. 9. HRIS & Payroll Tools Proficiency Working knowledge of PeopleStrong ALT or similar HRIS/payroll platforms is essential. Preferred candidate profile Experience between 5-10 Years Hands on knowledge of MS Excel. Good command over the English language. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
