Qualifications & Experience : Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology SAP S4HANA System administrator certification (preferred) ITIL certification (added advantage) Experience: Industry experience 10-12 years Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration. Hands-on experience with SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, EP, VIM, SCM, PI/PO, and Solution Manager. Environment : Large SAP Landscape including S4H & B4H on SAP Rise, CRM, CMS, VIM, GRC, Fiori, ESS, SaaS-based SAP Concur and SAP IBP etc. Database : SAP HANA, MaxDB, Sybase Responsible for administration, maintenance, and support of the SAP environment, ensuring system availability, performance, and security Taking care of system audits. Managing projects, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. L eadership & Team Management : Work with the SAP BASIS team, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Collaboration with internal and auditors and ensuring Systems are comply the regulatory standards and internal policies i.e. access control, change management, security and system operations, Business Continuity plant, backup/ restorations etc. Collaboration and efficient communication with vendors/ partners/ within the team and with other departments SAP System Administration : Regular review and take care of configurations, upgrades, and maintenance of DC-DR SAP systems (S/4H, B4H, CRM, CMS, EP, PI/PO, Solution Manager/ ALM etc.) + SaaS SAP Concur, SAP IBP. Manage SAP environment and ensure smooth operation including : Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring User management, Transport management, and QA system refresh Monitor system performance and work with relevant teams to optimize. System backup, disaster recovery plan, and regular DR drills to ensure business continuity Security & Compliance: Implement SAP security configurations and patches as per Industry standards, including system patch management, user roles, and access controls. Ensure adherence to IT security policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with SAP functional and development teams to support ongoing projects and operational needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions in line with business objectives. Project Management: Lead and participate in SAP-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and patching. Provide technical leadership for SAP projects and ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and technical solutions. Generate regular reports on system performance, security, and uptime. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, database management, and performance tuning. Experience with SAP HANA, MaxDB, or SQL databases Expertise in system upgrades, migrations, SAP transport management, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SAP security and GRC compliance. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. JOB PURPOSE/MANDATE To handle complete QC function (Testing & Inspection) of all Cable Plants Responsible for IQC, In process and OQC Quality assurance Developing and implementing Poka-yokes at each processing stage/step as well as in system through engineering controls To drive all KPIs of Quality under RADAR (Performance and System) To give training on all Required Quality tools to staff and operators/workers on regular basis To release weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS on KPIS/RADAR/COPQ To attend customer complaint by Onsight visits and close them with prevention and detection controls - To ensure PFMEA for every existing and new process with control plan in place - To handle complete Inspection and RM and product test lab - To ensure Quality of Cables as per IS and international test standards as required - To have regular CARE audits for product evaluation and mitigation of all observations - To ensure each change or new product is introduced through Phase gate change management process and strict validation - To develop Reliability jigs/fixture/equipments time to time need based and as per standards and requirements.
