Job Description

Job Description: Responsible for end-to-end operations of the Drum Shop including planning, production, maintenance, and quality control of drums used in cable and wire packaging. Will drive process improvements, ensure availability of drums as per production schedules, and maintain safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily drum shop operations and manpower. Coordinate with production planning and stores to ensure drum availability. Implement lean practices and reduce drum handling time. Ensure quality checks and compliance with drum specifications. Oversee maintenance of drum shop equipment. Drive cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation and audits related to drum shop operations. Ensure safety and 5S implementation on shop floor.
